How to make a complaint

The Trustees aim to achieve the highest standards possible in the management and administration of the Scheme. Any queries or complaints about the Scheme should be referred to the pension scheme administrator, Mercer, who will always try to provide a prompt and accurate response.

The Trustees also have an Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure ("IDRP") which is designed to deal with any complaints that you may have regarding your benefits or the general running of the Scheme. If you would like a copy of the IDRP you can request this by contacting Scottish Power by emailing 1HR Direct on YourHRTeam@scottishpower.com or by calling 0141 614 9980.
